Tennessee Comptroller Finds Problems With Rickman Fire Department

A Tennessee Comptroller of Treasury report finds problems with the financial management of the Rickman Volunteer Fire department. Investigators found that the department received more than 450-thousand dollars of taxpayer’s money from January 2011 to February 2014.
